Nostalgia - Fully Absorbed by Itself

I haven't read Milan Kundera in a long time; I have been missing his philosophical musings. But, I've just kicked off his 'new' book Ignorance - and it turns out it is one of those books that happen to come along at just the right juncture in your life - like the universe knew that it was now time for me to read this book. The world appears to revolve around me.

Anyway, a quote:
